Overview
Cerulli Associates sends certain system and communications emails using automated email services rather than individual mailboxes. All automated emails are sent from @cerulli.com using a dedicated SendGrid sending IP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
To ensure you receive all important Cerulli emails, please review and follow the allow‑listing guidance below.
How Cerulli Sends Automated Emails
SendGrid (Dedicated IP)
Used to deliver:
- Account creation emails
- Password reset emails
- Security and system notifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
Used to deliver:
- Cerulli communications and notifications
- Research, event, and subscription‑related messages
All messages originate from @cerulli.com email addresses.
Step 1: Allow‑List Domains (Recommended)
Ask your IT department to add the following domains to your email spam filter and URL filtering allow list:
cerulli.comsendgrid.comsendgrid.net
Domain‑based allow‑listing is the preferred approach and works across most email security platforms.
Step 2: Allow‑List Dedicated SendGrid IP Addresses (Optional)
If your organization supports IP‑based allow‑listing, request that the following dedicated SendGrid IP addresses be added:
167.89.82.181/32
These IP addresses are used exclusively to send Cerulli emails from @cerulli.com.
Step 3: Allow‑List Cerulli Sender Addresses (Optional)
If your email system supports sender‑specific allow‑listing, you may also add:
mis@cerulli.compress@cerulli.cominfo@cerulli.comreply@cerulli.com
Additional Information
- Allow‑listing steps vary by organization and email security provider.
- If you are unsure how to apply these settings, contact your internal IT support team.
- Adding these entries helps prevent Cerulli emails from being delayed, quarantined, or marked as spam.
