Resetting your Password

For any reason that you need to reset or change your password, we will have you up and running within a few minutes, while keeping your account safe and secure. This article will walk you through how to reset your password for the Cerulli Associates Client Portal.


Instructions to reset your password


Step 1: Browse to the login page


Step 2: Click Forgot Password?


Step 3: Fill out the Forgot Password page

  • Fill in your registered email address
  • Complete the reCaptcha
  • Click Reset Password once everything looks correct

Step 4: Check your email for the reset password notification email

  • Open the Reset Password Notification Email from mis@cerulli.com
  • Click the Reset Password button or copy the link and paste it into your browser
  • The link is valid for 24 hours



You must be signed in or sign in with the same account for the link to work
If you do not recieve the password reset email please check your spam filter.
